At Zoomies Creative, I aim to deliver high-quality design work and great customer service. Please read the terms below before placing an order.
Orders & Payments
- All design work must be confirmed in writing.
- Full payment (or an agreed deposit) is required before any work begins.
- For personalised or custom designs, proofs or drafts will be sent for approval please check all details carefully. Once approved, changes may incur extra cost.
- Prices are listed in GBP (£) and payment methods will be confirmed when you order.
Production & Delivery
- Turnaround times vary depending on project size and type. I’ll confirm an estimated completion or delivery date when you place your order.
- Digital files will be sent via email or download link.
- Physical items can be shipped across the UK using Royal Mail.
Returns & Refunds
Personalised / Custom Orders
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable once design work or production has started, unless faulty or not as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
- If your order arrives damaged or there’s an error, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it, with photos and your order number.
Non-Personalised Items
- Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging.
- Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Copyright & Usage
- All original artwork remains my property until full payment is made.
- Once paid in full, you may use the design for your intended personal or business use. (Business use only if pre agreed via email)
- I reserve the right to display completed designs in my portfolio or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Liability
- I am not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, or technical issues beyond my control.
- Please double-check spelling, colours, and details before approving your final proof.
